We sit down and talk about your surfing — your level, your goals, the waves you ride, and what you want from a board. If you've taken the quiz, we use those results too.
I shape your board by hand in the bay. Every dimension is tailored — rocker, rails, concave, fin placement — all based on our design session conversation.
Professional glassing, sanding, and finishing. You choose the glass schedule — standard for durability or lighter for performance. Custom colour and artwork available.
Pick up your board and hit the water. I'll walk you through the design choices and how to get the most out of it. Feedback welcome — it helps me refine future builds for you.
