3.1. By completing the Progression Quiz and providing your email address, you consent to receiving your personalised results and being enrolled in our automated email program (delivered via Klaviyo). This program includes your 6-Week Progression Plan, coaching content, and periodic offers related to our services.

3.2. We may also send you occasional broadcast emails about new services, content, or events.

3.3. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Opting out does not affect transactional emails related to your bookings, orders, or account.
